If you want a good 2 BHK which comes furnished, and is placed close to well-known landmarks, then you’ll have to pay upwards of Rs. 15,000 a month. You can also get them for as cheap as 9 thousand and 10 thousand rupees, if you don’t mind the location and space. So, your rent would come up to anywhere between Rs. 10 to Rs. 15 per square feet.
