Q:Hello I am new to Hyderabad and I am shortly going to be moving to Sainikpuri as I got an IT job there. Can anybody tell me what sort of infra facilities are available here? How good is real estate value of the area?

And the old residents are now undergoing new developmental processes all along Sainikpuri which is very good for real estate value of the locality. Starting price for plots if 18 lakhs onwards and rent prices start from 4500 bucks.
