Latest Answer: There are plans to widen the Mysore - Bangalore road as well as the Bogadhi road that links southern parts of Mysore to Hunsur road. Traffic in the city is terrible otherwise. This project was actually included in the 2012 to 2013 budget and only now it's being implemented. Reason was because they also had to do some electric pole shifting work so they thought they'd do it simultaneously..
