Q: Yes, it is consider as 7 years high and much of this has come in via the private equity route and borrowings through non-convertible debentures.

Latest Answer: It is true Bachu, Because, the financial schemes offered by developers could be considered to be in the nature of a discount, the fact is that builders have managed to sell apartments by reducing the size and leaving the rates per square foot unchanged.
