Seeing the current pace of construction work on highways, the target for these states is more than double of that in 2015-16, when the government managed to award projects adding to a little less than 1000 km. Do you remember that last year, govt. was awarded projects worth Rs.10000 in hill states which was considered only 10% of the total projects awarded in the country.
