Prestige park square is a good property with all kinds of amenities. It is good for end users. However, from my personal experience, I would also suggest you check out Mahindra Windchimes at Bannerghatta Road. They are offering 3 & 4 BHK apartments with a great view of the Arkere lake and since its a project by a reputed builder of Bangalore, you would not have to worry about the construction quality.
