Q:FACILITY IN PARAS TIEREA IS WORTHLESS.Paras Tierea sector 137 Management is charging huge amount for Maintenance but BASIC AMENITIES ITS NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE.Its not able to provide water to its residents. Daily some towers face ACUTE WATER SHORTAGE. Facility in Paras Tierea do not respond to calls. If you register a complaint the they do not bother to come and rectify. Even some facility persons are VERY RUDE.Recently in Tower 24 , lift doors opened and there was no lift inside. You will find STRAY DOGS moving very easily inside the society. Guards are not bothered. When school children to board bus in the morning, cleaning staff starts brooming near gate at that time only. If you request them to do after 10 minutes daily to allow school children to board the bus , he is not bothered.
Q:I was told by some broker that the construction quality is very poor which is the reason for cheap rates of the project as compared to other peojects in sector 137

Paramount builder is harassing to the its buyer. They are cheating to the customers charging undue interest. If buyer goes to their office, they do not even bother to meet the dealing person. They have kept bouncers in his office. Interest will be charged if you have any complaint go to legal. Do not buy flats in Paramount Floraville. Many complaints are still pending with them.
Q:Received offer of possession for my flat in Tower 25. I am suppose to pay by end of this month, Jun and I have been told that I should have the key latest within 45 days of final payment. Do they stick to the plan or have delayed beyond 45 days in the past for other towers?
Latest Answer: Dear Mr. Sanjay,Mr Ashwani singhal if you received possession for your flat and developer is asking about final payment and they are promising the key in next 45 days this stage is not very important and you cannot trust and make any financial decision driven emotionally, first off all you must ask for full Completion certificate not " Part" and Occupancy certificate, you can also use power of RTI to know the situation of Builder and Developer whether your builder/Developer is in the situation to give possession or not .There are Consumer court latest ruling over these issue.I suggest you to take expert /Professional in your side who can councel for you all buyer. Wil the tower F buyers live on the mercy of logix and are suppose to use stairs to see their dream flat( which as per current status should be called as broken dream) 8 months now and we still have no timelines of the lift working big shame on logix. Latest Answer: my self moving to court for H tower possession due to high penalty & interest imposed by the builder & they are silent on Penalty clause just paying only 2 yrs even 6 years completed & incomplete flats offer for possession by the builder they have not given any completion certificate nor occupation certificate nor showing approved drawing for increase area . this is illegal & against the the law even few person paid their dues possession still pending due to incomplete flats & few of them taken possession for incomplete flats they are are using only genset supply not UPSEB due to occupancy certificate not available till than they can not apply for sewer connection & upseb connection for main supply & flat registry also a big issue. plz contact me neeraj sharma 9654210774 for court proceeding, i m just ready to file the case against builder.
