Q:I booked a 3 BHK apartment in Golden Heights at Ghaziabad. I wasnt sure that my decision of investing in this property was right or wrong. I was new to this place I wasnt aware much about it. But when I started living here, I am pretty sure that I have taken a right decision as all the amenities are nearby to my society. We had not worry about where to find groceries; kids will go to which school, etc. I am happily living here with my family.

Q:Cosmos Golden Heights, Ghaziabad has been my home since last few months. Up till now I haven’t faced any difficulty with the residential project. I don’t know why people crib so much about it. Cosmos Group has done their best to make this place feel like home and I am one delighted customer of theirs.

As per my knowledge, Kingswood Court is one of the residential development of Kingswood Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd, located at Crossing Republic, NH 24, Ghaziabad . This project located in one of the prime residential location with decent residential environment. This area has all daily basic amenities like school, college, banks & hospitals nearby.
Latest Answer: Bulland is worst builder, if you go to site, you will feel difference. Most slow project in Noida Extension. Near by builders have satrted construction very late then bulldand but now they are ready for possession. Even their employees are accepting that we would be able to deliver it in not before 2018. Never waist your money in bulland. i already pissed of from him. no hope i will get flat before 2018. i have booked it in 2011..
