Q: Spacious parking lot, 2 bhk at balewadi
Latest Answer: I have visited the site.I am really content with the amenities this project offers. I have checked many offers from the various builders but none of them give you what Perfect10 is giving in terms of features and value for money.

Q: Since couple of days we are noticing that the supertech capetown is experiencing problem in supplying regular electricity. As far as supply is concerned the plot next to Capetown i.e. Ajnara is receiving electricity 24X7. Even the slums in between are receiving supply without any fault then is Supertech Capetown are defaulters in paying the bills?
Latest Answer: Hi Suneet, Is it true that construction quality of Supertech Capetown is not good? I recently heard a news somewhere that a 3 month old infant suffered minor injuries after the roof of a flat in Supertech Capetown in Noida collapsed. The owner of flat had brought the property in November 2015 and paid around Rs 50 Lakhs for the unit. Can any one Suggest me that, should I buy a flat in Supertech Capetown or not ?

Latest Answer: Hi Guys, Delhi government is aiming to build 27,000 flats for economically weaker section (EWS) and low income group (LIG). According to a senior government official, the project is within the initial stage and is being written by the city Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUISB). The proposal aims at creating 27,000 flats beneath Self Financing scheme (SFS) in Bhalswa and Savda Ghevra space of Mundka in west city.

Q: I recently heard a rumour that the quality of construction of Belvarkar's Solacia project is not at par with those of Karia or Kolte-Patil. Anybody have any ideas about this?

THIS BUILDER HAS CREATED LOTS OF MESS HERE. THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT ARE UNCLEAR. HE HAS GIVEN ACCESS TO THE AMMENITIES INSIDE THE PREMISES OF ROW HOUSES TO OTHERS OUTSIDE THE PREMISES OF ROW HOUSES. NOW THE PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO DOMINATE THE RESIDENCE OF ROW HOUSES, THEY FORCEFULLY ENTER IN GROUPS INSIDE THE PREMISES OF ROW HOUSES AND SAY THEY ALSO HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS HERE, EVERY DAY THERE ARE SOME OR OTHER FIGHTS GOING ON, MOREOVER THE CONSTRUCTION QUALITY IS PATHETIC. THE BUILDER IS INTRESTED ONLY IN HIS PROFIT AND PLAYS ALL THE DOUBLE GAMES BY MAKING PEOPLE FIGHT WITHIN THEMSELVES. ALSO THERE ARE LOTS OF LEGAL COMPLEXITY HE HAS CREATED IN THE ENTIRE PROJECT. Q: I'M THE OWNER OF A FLAT IN BLOCK 01 IN UNITECH HEIGHTS.QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION BY UNITECH IS VERY POOR.WITHIN 16 MONTHS OF HANDING OVER TO US WE HAVE DISCOVERED LEAKS/SEEPAGES.THREE MONTHS BACK LEAK WAS DISCOVERED AND RECTIFIED BY UNITECH.NOW AGAIN LEAKAGE HAS BEEN DISCOVERED IN THE SAME LOCATION DAMAGING THE PLASTER AND PAINT.I HAVE WRITTEN TO FACALITY OFFICER MR.SUPRATIK BISWAS TO FIND THE SOURCE OF THE LEAK,LET US KNOW THE METHOD OF RECTIFICATION AND TESTING SO THAT SUCH LEAKS/SEEPAGES DOES NOT OCCUR AGAIN BUT STILL AWAITING A REPLY FROM HIM?

Q: Hi, wanted to get a general impression about construction quality of Skylark. Have owners faced any issues other than normal wear and tear? The reason I ask is because I am interested in buying in Skylark Arcadia which is a similar complex that is coming up. Feedback will be greatly appreciated.
