Booked a 2bhk in Athena Vadgaon sheri by Anshul, Karan group
Q: It is been a tough decision that I have decided to book a flat in Wadgaon Sheri been built by group of 4 builders - 1. Karan Group, 2. Anshul Realties, 3. Venkateshwara housing 4. Disha Infrastructure Dev Corp I sincerely want to know if anyone else has shown enough interest in it to book a flat there. I know location wise it's a good place. Please share your experience If anyone has. I feel like alone in the conquest here! I have been living in one of the Anshul & Karan's project on rent for 1+yr & I'd say their build quality isn't great, something that you'd expect from the money you have. I booked 2bhk because - 1. they promised luxurious appt 2. they claim proximity to proposed DP Road. From online resources that I have been able to dig into I found - - Initially they promised possession in Mar 2013 - On 22 Sept they say May 2014 Don't know how much of it is true. Need help and I am all ears!

Latest Answer: hi Saurabh, Based on all the facts I decided to cancel my post-dated chq and bought a 2BHK at Gulmohar GC kharadi. I did not want to wait that long for possesion. I got possesion of my new flat in Dec 2013 itself. goodluck (nitinr708@gmail.com)
