Q:Hello, I have two 1 BHK flats attached internally. However as per Index 2 and property tax bill it is a single flat. Now I am using one 1 BHK and second one is rented out. Please tell me, as per law can society charge me double maintenance. Thanks you.

like water charges with respect to the count of water tap, it may double if you have two bathrooms than other 1 bhk.

Latest Answer: Most of the answers here are WRONG! The majority of B U Bhandari Skyline is build in 2000-2001 so this is 22 years old property. Secondly, the people are living in these society are illiterate, they dont have basic sense of public places and how to run the society. The entire B U Bhandari Skyline society runs like a gunda raj. And there is no parking for any new residents as the whatever parking that this society has are looted by the individual society chair person by changing and bending the rules the way they want. There is huge amount of water theft happens in B U Bhandari Skyline, each building has min of 4 pipeline for each building, during the summer time entire Dighi suffers from water recession but not this society so it is a ticking timebomb, the moment PCMC knows about it, this soc will suffer deep water shortage.
Secondly, this society being filled with illiterate people, it is not at all good for a young family to live in. Very bad locality with cheap mentality people!

Q:Hi All,I am planning a plot in Dighi, Pune . The plot is in residential zone , there is no reservation on this plot in DP plan.It is neighter Gunthewari , nor N.A. plot. It is just a r-zone plot. Plot size is 2R.There are houses in left and right side of this plot. There is small road in front of this plot. Back side is open and an apartment scheme would come there in future.I wanted guidance about it.# Can we do legal construction on this plot ? What is the procedure for this?.# Can it be converted to Gunthewari and N.A. plot. Incase if we do illegal construction , does it get converted in legal construction. Your help is really appreciated.
