Q:Hi All,I am planning a plot in Dighi, Pune . The plot is in residential zone , there is no reservation on this plot in DP plan.It is neighter Gunthewari , nor N.A. plot. It is just a r-zone plot. Plot size is 2R.There are houses in left and right side of this plot. There is small road in front of this plot. Back side is open and an apartment scheme would come there in future.I wanted guidance about it.# Can we do legal construction on this plot ? What is the procedure for this?.# Can it be converted to Gunthewari and N.A. plot. Incase if we do illegal construction , does it get converted in legal construction. Your help is really appreciated. Latest Answer: Hello, I would suggest you to hire a lawyer, as he will be able to see all papers and help you out with the title of the property and under which Government Development Authority does this land for.
