Q: Hello.
I was doing research because I would like to buy a property (house) with back garden. I live in Europe and villas with own garden are a normal thing. Unfortunately I cannot find even one house with back garden in Bhopal. Why they dont build that kind of properties? I dont understand, it is warm there and not having a garden is just ridicolous for me. I could put a slide for my kids, inflatable pool, bbq etc.
I would really appreciate if someone can show me that there are actually villas with back gardens, because maybe i just cant find it.
I am looking for 4 bed house so I would have 3 beds and 4th as a walk in warderobe or gym.

Thanks

Q: Hi Guys,

I have been living in US from past 8years and after convincing myself for almost two years.I finally decided to come back to India. As my parents are close to their retirement age and I have a 2year old son to whom I want to have the same family experience I had.I am finally coming back to Hyderabad during October.Initially I will be staying with my parents in our old apartment until I get settled with all my work.My plan is to buy a villa gated community as I would love to have a park or a children play area for my son and some open area for my mom to have her garden.I am thinking to stay in this apartment for two years to save enough money to buy an under construction villa or save some more and buy a ready to move property.I will be working from home for the same company,so I am open to any good areas that has some good schools and a good community.I have no knowledge how Hyderabad is now(don't want to bother my parents and I never stayed in India for more than one week to know more of the city in past 8 years) and I personally would like to stay some where that is not too crowded but not too isolated either. Some of my friends are currently staying around Miyapur and Kondapur(Is this is a good community to stay and if yes can you please recommend good villa projects for me)My budget is somewhere around 50lacs to 80lacs.If anybody here has some personal experience dealing with brokers please let me know.

Few questions

Is 50 to 80 lacs a good amount for a duplex 3BHK gated community?
How do I know if the builder is legit for an under construction villa?
Will taking a loan solve my above issue (SBI) ?
Can you please recommend few ongoing projects from a reputed builders?
How much is the maintenance fee per month in these villas?
Is amenities a one time payment or do I need pay every year like a membership?
Can I repaint the interiors, add grills to windows, add cupboards and add fencing to the house? Just checking if there is some kind of community rules
Do I need to pay extra for parking additional car?
How is the safety in gated community? I had few bad experiences while I was US, so just want to make sure if the extra buck worth it

Coming to the villa I would love to have some front or back yard for garden
15min to 20min drive to malls,cinemas,school,hospitals,banks
3BHK + drawing room or just 3BHK
2 bathrooms
Open parking area for 1 car or Garage
Amenities ( Play area for kids and small play ground for adults (tennis or shuttle)
Swimming pool would be a great deal if available

Thanks for helping me in advance

Latest Answer: Miyapur and Kondapur both the area have great potential in terms of capital appreciation and residential purpose too..Miyapur is located on the outskirts of Hyderabad, the locality is extremely active and alive. The reason for this is the place has pretty much got everything. Hi tech city is about 8 kms away, the closest railway station in Hafeezpet is about 3 kms away, and good schools, hospitals, restaraunts are all located within a 4 to 5 km radius.
