I am looking for property near Ahinsa Khand 2, Ghaziabad? How is the locality and connectivity of Ahinsa Khand 2 with the rest of the Delhi/NCR? How far is the nearby railway and metro station from there? What is the current property rate is going on in the locality?
Q:Saya Zenith Indirapuram Tower A & B are completed. However builder is telling that registration will not be done now due to some issues from GDA end. Anyone having updates on this issue?

1) For Apartments , "Deed of Apartment " shall be executed.
