I am looking for property near Ahinsa Khand 2, Ghaziabad? How is the locality and connectivity of Ahinsa Khand 2 with the rest of the Delhi/NCR? How far is the nearby railway and metro station from there? What is the current property rate is going on in the locality?
Q:I have an old Builder flat in Indirapuram, ghaziabad. The registered area is 50 Sq. Mtr but, the covered area is around 65 Sq. Mtr. I would like to rectify the same. Just wanted to enquire, how much will it cost? Is there any panelty for the same? If yes, how much?

Do you have any document, stating that covered area is 65sq-mt. If you have, then take it to the nearest registration office. Ask about rectifying the covered area from 50 sq-mt to 65 sq-mt. Yeah, I think you have to pay some penalty also foe this extra 15 sq-mt.
Latest Answer: Depends on your workplace, if there is any chance of you staying in the house in future...from purely investment perspective, Indirapuram is good for both short-term and long-term stable returns, dont expect supernormal returns here...Dharuhera can be the dark horse from a 5-7 years perspective
