Q:Neo City Builders, This is Pankaj Yadav, owner of Flat E-505 phase-2 Neo City. The purpose of this post is to highlight the sufferings I’m going through by buying a flat is Neo City. I was promised the possession of my flat in Dec, 2014 (it’s mentioned in my Registration Agreement as well). Then I was told a new possession date of May, 2015. Then again a new date, i.e. 15th Aug, 2015. Today is 7th Sep but there is no sign of possession happening at least for the next couple of months.I personally visited the site yesterday and saw my flat. Seeing the present condition, it nowhere looks like possession would be possible for atleast another couple of months. It has been really frustrating to hear new possession date every time, The pace of the work is very very slow.I don’t understand the reason for this delay. Earlier I was told that its due to shortage of raw material (sand, etc.) but I fail to understand any more reasons now.To add to it, I’m not at all happy with the sales team. They are always lying, they have lost the credibility now. Hope you can understand the pain and frustration, we, as customer of Neo city are going through. Thanks,Pankaj YadavE-505, Phase-2

Q:East Pune side construction projects are delayed. Neo City project located at Wagholi Pune, buyers are waiting for possession from last 4 years. However builder Pristine, Maple and Jalan are good builders and hoping they will give possession as soon as possible. Many owners are currently staying on rent and waiting for possession, builder is likely to give rent amount at least for such delay of possession.- Mrs. Kulkarni
Latest Answer: I can suggest here that all owners of Neo City Wagholi should ask compensation from builder Pristine, Maple and Jalan. Like rent of the month for delay. Many owners are having loans and few are also staying on rent. So all owners must ask a fix amount per month for such delay. I shocked knowing that project is running from 4 years and no possession due to whatever reason. Ask for rent amount as per the rent rates in that area per month till you get possessions.
Q:we are planning to buy a 2bhk flat in neo city wagholi.is it worthwhile to buy a flat in wagholi area? is it a good project?is there a bright future of it or we look for more projects?

Latest Answer: Jalan builders, Maple builders and Pristine properties are crooks. Buys please refrain from dealing with those builders. Their project Neocity in Wagholi is in big trouble. The possesion is way late by atleast one year, since its a partnership venture they are not even ready to talk to customers. I request buyers to stay away from them.
