Q: How is the locality of Wagholi and its connectivity to the rest of the Pune City? How far is daily basic facilities from the project site?

Q: I am trying to get updates for the progress on Srusti Orbit flat, which I have bought 3 years back, but the possession date is not yet finalized. It is frustrating, this seem a fraudulent project this way.

Q: Hi all,
Please don't invest in this project-Defence colony-wagholi area.
I had booked a flat in phase 4, but had no cancel the booking.
Now, the builder is not ready to pay back the amount to me. He is always making excuses like-tomorrow/next week etc.
They all look like cheats.

Latest Answer: Hi Pratik, If the builder is not refunding your money and giving lame excuses then I would suggest you to take help from a legal expert and act accordingly.

Q: A very annoying response I get everytime I call the Srusti Orbit office for the inquiry. This have been happening from past 4 days. I am told to call alternate numbers as the staff do not have information about the delivery.

This is frustrating, no thanks needed from the team, pathetic experience I had calling 24270189. It seem this is not a genuine project and organisation.

Q: Neo City Builders,

This is Pankaj Yadav, owner of Flat E-505 phase-2 Neo City. The purpose of this post is to highlight the sufferings I’m going through by buying a flat is Neo City. I was promised the possession of my flat in Dec, 2014 (it’s mentioned in my Registration Agreement as well). Then I was told a new possession date of May, 2015. Then again a new date, i.e. 15th Aug, 2015. Today is 7th Sep but there is no sign of possession happening at least for the next couple of months.
I personally visited the site yesterday and saw my flat. Seeing the present condition, it nowhere looks like possession would be possible for atleast another couple of months. It has been really frustrating to hear new possession date every time, The pace of the work is very very slow.
I don’t understand the reason for this delay. Earlier I was told that its due to shortage of raw material (sand, etc.) but I fail to understand any more reasons now.
To add to it, I’m not at all happy with the sales team. They are always lying, they have lost the credibility now.

Hope you can understand the pain and frustration, we, as customer of Neo city are going through.

Q: Like to buy 2.5 BHK and need to check the Builder back ground and review report on completed projects.

Q: Worst builder ever..my possession is delayed by 1.5 YEARS ..i am now filing a case against them in consumer court.
Latest Answer: Hey Rohan, I have not experienced this, I have got a very good service and a proper support from Sukhwani Palms. All legal stuff and other things are cleared of the project. Possession got delayed only by a month in my case that too they have told me that it happened due to poor response from MSEB, for which it is understood no one can help it.

Q: I have purchased a flat in Cilantro in Year 2012 with a promise of getting possession on Dec 2013. Obviously the project is not complete and the completion date is not known. I feel KP is not being transparent of the issues and just keep giving random completion dates. Is anyone else in the same boat as me? I am NRI and just could not keep up with these false promises. Anyone for help?
Latest Answer: Hey Guys, yesterday I visited to see Cilantro,Green Groves, Wagholi property and the builder is saying that they have all the clearances and expected year of completion of this project is Aug 2017. I am planning to buy 3 BHK flat in the same. Kindly advice me as I am new to the city. Thanks in advance .

Latest Answer: Hi many builders are now a days coming up with schemes to sell their projects fast. Srushti Regency has the payment plan of 20 : 80 . in that you have to pay 20 % of the money at the booking time and rest 80% at the time of possession. This is how your EMI will start only after you will get the possession. I would suggest you to collect all the documents from the builder and engage a lawyer to do the document check and if the layer approves in that case you can buy the project without any issue.
