Q: Has any one done the registration in pavani pleasant???????? what is the possession date given by builder??????

Latest Answer: I am extremely pleased with the job done by them on the construction front. Information was updated on time to time and the quality and design of construction of Pavani Pleasant was excellent

Ive also booked a 3 BHK;1740sq.ft flat.
Q: The Builder claims that it will be ready to Occupy in April-May'13! Can Buyers comment if this Project will be completed/Handed over in April-May'13? Will Pawani Builders complete this Project as specified & Hand over to buyers before 1-May-2013?

Latest Answer: I have also booked 3 bhk in Pavani pleasant, Initially they told feb'13 as possesion, now they say it will be may/june'13.not sure..let me know if have more info.

Q: any feedback about Pavani Pleasant so far from other buyers, I am looking to buy..

Latest Answer: For the time being there are only 3bhk flats available for sale in Pavani Pleasant and the price of the flats ranges from Rs 50 lakhs to Rs 52 lakhs.

Latest Answer: I with my family has shifted to Pavani Harmony located in Appa Junction, Near Gachibowli few months ago. I am content with the amenities provided by the group. So far I would say investment in Pavani Harmony has proved to be substantial idea.
