Ive also booked a 3 BHK;1740sq.ft flat.
Q: The Builder claims that it will be ready to Occupy in April-May'13! Can Buyers comment if this Project will be completed/Handed over in April-May'13? Will Pawani Builders complete this Project as specified & Hand over to buyers before 1-May-2013?

Latest Answer: I have also booked 3 bhk in Pavani pleasant, Initially they told feb'13 as possesion, now they say it will be may/june'13.not sure..let me know if have more info.
