Q:Shipra group as a company is full of people who do not take any responsibility. I have met at least a dozen and all of them have given miscommitments. I have bought a flat almost 3 months back paid in full and registry done but still waiting for possession. At Shipra, you will feel that you are dealing with babus in some sarkaari office where nothing gets done in time. If you have funds and looking for ready to move in, this may not be the right place.

Q:I shifted with my family to gaur Grandeur from Gaursons in March last year on rent. I want to share my experience with builder. Earlier I was living in indirapuram with some other builder. There were lots of issues related to security, maintenance and resident welfare. Every day there was some issue arises due to maintenance. But most frustrated part was that no one from builder maintenance team ready to listen from residents. There were so many security threats for the children and older family members. Condition of apartments was very poor. Everyday some thing gets damage either bathroom tiles, electricity boards or some other part. Residents complain in maintenance office but no action gets taken. That causes many families to leave the apartments and shift to others. I also decided to go for some other property, so spent some time in searching a good place for my family. After some research, I decided to shift at gaur grandeur. I gone through various web portals for gaursons review and asked to friends who were living here already and on the basis of gaursons good reputation I decided to shift at gaur grandeur as it is also near to my work place.Now it is more than 1 year for me and I can say my decision about gaursons was right. In last 1 year or so I have not faced any big maintenance issue or security issue for my family or even I never heard from any other resident such complaint. One plus about gaursons is that there is escalation system for resolving the complaints if residents. There is complaint log system at gaursons office through which resident can log their complaint and they just need to keep complaint id with them as each complain id should get closed. That helps to resolve problems in quick time. And now grandeur is handed over to RWA so now it will be more convenient for residents to resolve their issues related to apartments or maintenance issues. So after living more than 1 years here, I can say my decision to shift at gaur grandeur was right. I am not saying gaursons delivering is best builder but on the basis of my reviews about gaursons I can say they are doing good job. They are giving good services to their residents.
Latest Answer: i also read about that but i am also a resident of gaur city and at the time when incident took place between mr manoj gaur and residents, i was also there to discuss regarding some small issues at gaur city. although there no such big problem for residents but there are some small issues regarding which we wanted to discuss. but the issue is exaggerated.
Q:I booked an apartment (D-302) in Marvel, Niho Scottish Garden, Indirapuram (UP) in April 2008. At the time of booking, I was told that the apartment will be ready for possession by August 2009. The formal agreement, which we signed, mentions that the apartment will be ready for possession by October 2009. Based on that I paid 95% of the apartment cost in advance. For that I also took home loan from Bank for which I am paying very high interest rate.
Now for past so many years I am following up with you but unfortunately the builder is not giving any satisfactory answer. They never informed about the delay in project, change in management, even change in the plan (initially they told two towers of 5 floors each, which they now have changed to one tower of 14 floors and may change it again) etc. There is no written or verbal communication by the company about the delay or any changes. Every time I called them they come up with a new story or excuse. Moreover their staff is changing every time so you deal with new person all the time.
So far there is no construction at the site. I am circumspect about this builder. Below is their contact details

I know quite a few other members who also paid good amount of money to this builder. They are also helpless like me. We are thinking of going to the court but unsure of lengthy legal processing. Moreover, builders are known in twisting the contractual clauses to their favor.

Latest Answer: The builder has refused to return the amount despite requests from me. Amount given by me has been dishonestly misappropriated and the all the accused have committed criminal breach of trust and cheated the complainant. Respectfully on the order of court an FIR bearing no 0291/2015 is lodged at P.S. Hauz Khas Delhi on 16 Mar 2015.
Q:The society lacks basic necessity like water quality, security, green area. The lift doesnot have sensor so one need to press all button which is not effective. Only 2 lift at basement 1. Security is a big concern, there are numerous attempt of theft from back side as wall are of 5 ft height only. No guard on the back of society. Frequent power outage due to below standard power equipment installed

In my point of view, before buying this project you should have enquirer about the locality. And green area that you should have checked at the time of buying.
But now if you think all the flat owners or tenants or neighbors are facing same problem then you can discuss with the builder about it. Why he is not taking any step !!!
Still if the scenario is not changing then you can communicate with a flat owners and create a new ownership ,who can take care of entire civic issue.
Q:Balaji Group(http://www.balajigroup.com/) is a fraud and bogus company. Around 2 years ago, they started booking of Libra heights, Indirapuram,Ghaziabad(Pre-Launch) which never came. They took money of around 20 people and kept on promising that it will come soon. Finally when everyone startd asking for money back. Their treatment to buyer's was like we are begger.
