Buy a flat in Ekta Suprabhat , is it a good project ?
Q: A broker has suggested a 2 BHK flat in Ekta Suprabhat , as per the broker the flat will be available by Dec 2014. For all those who have booked a flat in this project , please inform if this is a good projet to buy a flat .

Interested in Imperial Heights Property
Q: Even I am interested in this property. The overview say it has 1bhks also but i tried to find out about them and got to know that the minimum construction size is 1520sqft.

There were some issues in this project with the builder not providing municipal water and other facilities.
Q: There were some issues in this project with the builder not providing municipal water and other facilities. The members are still having to buy these services at commercial rates.Has this been sorted out yet? Is it worthwhile to buy apartment here?

Latest Answer: As far as I know, there is water problem in the building and it does not look like getting resolved in near future. I would advise you to make a group and visit the consumer court or local ward office for relief.. Or else you can speak with other of not paying maintenance dues if any if water is not provided..

The project is not completed since last 4years how could you put in completed projects
Q: I have purchased flat in this property since last 4years and still this project is not completed . I have got various reasons for delay but not the correct reason till date. The CC is not given till date.
