Any updates about construction of Ariisto Celestia (Code name Bigboom) Mulund west?
Q: Ariisto Celestia Codename big boom was launched in August 2017. Its been almost an year and still nothing is there on the construction site. Any updates on the same?

Q: Myself Hansraj Thengal, Even I am Runwal Infinity Customer, I recieved a phone call from Runwal Infinity office and they are demanding the Present day per sq.ft rate for My Flat. My Legal advisor suggested Me to take legal action on the Builder and I am doing so. Anyone interested in similar action lets Join hands.

Has filed a case in Bombay High court. 2) About 20 buyers in A1 have filed a consumer case in NCRDC, Delhi and a criminal case in Mumbai against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity. 3) About 22 buyers have filed a complaint in MahaRERA and have gone into appeal in the MahaRERA Appellate tribunal against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity. 4) May have taken stay orders.

Progress on Runwal Infinity. Finally the builder wakes up and communicates. Has anyone else got an update?
Q: Runwal Infinity project with promised possession on 2009 has still not progressed. Since a lot of people have invested in the project they are stuck with no relief in sight. Is there a owners association or group of similar people out there? The builder finally seems to have started thinking on starting the project. Has anyone received a communication?
