My Legal advisor suggested Me to take legal action on the Builder and I am doing so. Anyone interested in similar action lets Join hands.

2) About 20 buyers in A1 have filed a consumer case in NCRDC, Delhi and a criminal case in Mumbai against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity.

Q:Runwal Infinity project with promised possession on 2009 has still not progressed. Since a lot of people have invested in the project they are stuck with no relief in sight. Is there a owners association or group of similar people out there? The builder finally seems to have started thinking on starting the project. Has anyone received a communication?
