Q:The possession of Aarohi flat is getting delayed considerably. I want to know if the group is taking any steps with the builder on this? is there any contact number of group member if we want to join the group? The possession committed in agreement was 31st Dec 2011 but its August2012 still its nowhere to possession. So want to know if as a group something is being done in which we can also participate?

Latest Answer: Hi Akshay, Yes it is true that builder has got the approval till 12th floor in C, D and E buildings. It is also true that society has filled a case against builder for raising the building height or adding the number of floors. But i guess that is sorted out now. And builder is ready to go ahead and likely to give possession by end of this year. Regarding current rate of units, we really can't comment on this. You have to directly find it out with builder. I would just suggest that, be careful about choosing your unit and go through entire agreement before you register it.

Q:Last week visited the site I feel interested in the Aarohi Society and today I come to know about this group.Please guide me weather its good to buy a flat over here or not ,because I read in some threads here that some issues are going with the builder for completion of the project.But there he told me the possession are going to start from Dec 11 ,but the flow of work what i saw there not tells that to me . What is good rates to buy there
Latest Answer: Hi Durgesh, you should directly contact builder for rates, as society is nothing to do with current market rate which builder is quoting. Regarding disputes, you will get to know the exact picture when become part of Aarohi Society.
Q:Hello, I have just booked a flat in Teerth Towers, the new project by Teerth realties. I thn came across the issues that Aarohi have had with the builder.
Am keen to know whether these have been sorted out? This will influence my decision to go ahead with this flat or not hence would appreciate of you can give me your views about the builder.

Latest Answer: To be honest, TEERTH Realties does not have credibility to be a builder. It is really shame how such people are exploiting customers and still get away. All the Director, heads should return our hard earned money. They had committed so many things at AAROHI but delivered none. Poor Facilities, Poor Infrastructure and built. I request dont spend your money in any of TEERTH Project, before you do that please read all the court cases which has been filed by resident of AAROHI against TEERTH. TEERTH SUCKS !!!
Q:Hello members,
I was thinking about buying some property in Aarohi Society Pune but was worried to read some blogs about the delays in project progress, differences between builder and society people over floors allowed etc. One gentleman also warned/suggested not to be surprised if the project gets any stay order from court.

Q:I have booked flat in Aarohi project on 8th floor. The builder Mr. Prashant Gaikwad has reported that the sanctions are taking longer than they calculated. And the project will take longer than committed time. Now he is not ready to commit and is ready to return the money. I wish to know if this is true or he is wanting to sell off the flat for higher rates to others?
Latest Answer: Hello Mr. John, I have taken out my name from the project. There were biccups while the place was being build. dont know if they still exist. One of the key reasons i moved out was because the plan was changed after sanction wherein - Bathroom was shifted to Living room, reducing living room size and also i doubt the builder will complete all the amenities and facilities mentioned. Try contacting ITWAP owners they can give you clear status update.
