i am interested in buying property at empire meadows, but have heard water as well as air is polluted ??
Q: Also there is Coco cola which is dumping the waste which is affecting ground water and the same water would be pumped out via borewell. Is it safe to use ground water and wat abt air pollution. Any1 already staying , plz provide correct info

Latest Answer: Hi, Bore well water will be provided as well as provisions for water to be supply by tankers as needed. Manjeera water (for drinking purposes) option is being evaluated and will be made available as per municipal authorities plans and provisions.

Feedback required on Emipre Meedows
Q: It seems this project is going-on from almost 3-4 years.
I would appreciate if someone who have already took flat in Empire Meadows can through light on below queries -
- Is all mentioned amenities are ready now ?
- Do we see air and water pollution as its close to industrial area ?
- How about the water supply - do they have manjeera line ?
- Is the area safe to live/travel in night time ?

Latest Answer: I am planning to buy a flat , but in dilemma about water and air pollution. As coca cola is right in front of this construction, and have heard they dump all the waste in the ground, which can be harmful as bore and the chemicals dumped would surely mix because the area is not too far.
