Q: Has anyone verified the documents incliuding link documents with a reputed lawyer?

Latest Answer: Hey Mohammad, As far as I know the project has got approvals from HMDA and all the leading banks. The project looks affordable and the possession is expected by end of this year.

Moving To CSK Green Villas in Shadnagar
Q: Hey I am wanting to shift myself and family to a good residential area in the elite neighborhood of Hyderabad. Wanting a villa with good amenities and lots of ample space. I have come across CSK Green Villas but am not very sure about it. Can anyone give me inputs about this place?

Latest Answer: I Guess in 2015 March there is huge Fraud Happend by CSK Green Villas, ShadNagar. As the actual Land and construction is not approved and built villas. around 60 families ruined by this above CSK Project, they started at Price 15 Lakhs and now telling 30 Lakhs. CVR News tried to highlight this Fraud done by CSK Villas

Hi, Planing to purchase Independent house at shadnagar with 23 L
Q: Is that worthy purchase of 23L at shadnagar, and this is not of investment..we are planing to stay there.
my first concern is house is far from hitechcity which is my work place.

Kindly suggest me to take a decision

1.Do we get any individual house near by ORR around 25L cost
2.is it worthy purchase at shadnagar
3.any transportation facilities from Shadnagar to hitech City
4.what is the feedback of CSK realtors as we are planning for CSK green villa

Latest Answer: I WANT TO SELL MY PLOT just located beside MSN labs MIDWAY Hotel in Shadnagar and very close to HYD BLR Highway, Amazon FC and Symbiosis university very nearer. Regional Ring Road 5 KMS distance from plot. Am genuine owner of plots and not an agent, please contact me for more details

hi,they say that if we want villa in 6-12 months , then we need to pay 21 lakhs,
Q: I dint quiet get that.why there is so much of difference nd recently i visited there was no villa ready to occupy

Latest Answer: CSK doesn't handover on time- its more than one year we have completed our installments- till now there is no sign of construction- they have got very poor lousy staff- don't even respond properly nor can give any information - they promised to handover by year end , will have to wait , no other option left

Latest Answer: Don't expect CSK to life to their Promise, They Don't Deliver on time, Construction Quality is Bad, Furniture is not of the Quality Promised. Venture was planed for 5 Years but It will take 10 Years for sure. This is by our Personal Experience
