Q: I visited this project recently with my civil engineer friend to check the construction quality. Project quality looks good and most importantly suits my budget. It seems to be the best option in the locality.

I think few residents already got possession at amanora.
Whats their feedback about all the amenities?

Latest Answer: I have taken posession and rented it out already. However, one point rankles i.e. The water charges/transport charges come to 575 per month, which IMO is very high. Also one has to pay this irrespective of usage of water/ if transport is utilised or not. On a positive note, the building representative(Customer service ) is very helpful and issues get sorted out.
