When will Rohan Jharoka (phase 1) stop releasing Sewage Treatement Plant waste into Open Storm Water Drain?
Q: It has been 3 years since the project got completed. They still continue to release STP waste into open storm water drain. This shows Rohan Jharoka's sheer irresponsibility and indifference towards their surroundings. May be this what they meant by NO-NEIGHBORS concept!!!!

Q: Hi, Was planning to buy a flat in Jharokha 2. Will be a really great help if someone can throw some light on the following queries:1. Is the Khata transfer A done for the current occupants?2. Is the maintenance at par? 3. Any water problems? Apparently, a lot of nearby apartments/projects are facing water shortage these days.4. Do you personally feel phase 1 and 2 will have some issues internally? meaning, u cant use my walking/garden space, and i cant use yours...types.5. Is aircraft noise a big issue?6. Are the rohan society guys co-operative?Will be really helpful if someone can kindly comment on my queries.Thank you.

Latest Answer: From Marathahalli to Old airport road it is 10 kms approx. There are BMTC volvo buses as well as Suvarna buses available.

Q: Do NPS indiranagar / Bishop cotton's boys school busses have pick and drop at Rohan Jharoka? Anybody's children going to NPS or BCboys school? Please revert. Thanks!

Q: Hello, I'm contemplating buying a flat in Rohan Jharoka phase 2 and would like to have some feedback from you about the quality of construction, amenities provided, maintenance of building, garbage, drainage, water supply, gas supply , parking etc. Are the deliverables upto to the mark as promised? How has your experience being so far? Many thanks in advance.. Your advice will help us make the right decision

Latest Answer: Hi, I have booked a flat in Jharoka and trust me after hearing the reviews from previous buyers I felt I have not taken a bad decision. This is what I heard and saw. Amenities present are swimming pool with paved deck and illumination, kids' pool, clubhouse, well equiped gym, water bodies, greenery and lawns, Jogging track, etc. Quality of construction also is good as it is by a renowned builder and has many projects. It has a garbage chute for segregating garbage, sewage & water treatment plant, biogas plant. No water problems as such. Parking is also good for each unit along with visitor's parking.
