Water connection in Forest County
Q: I am considering Forest County to rent a flat but want to ask first those residents who have been living there for quite some time already (more that one year). Have you ever experienced water problems (both in the apartment or area maintenance)?

Latest Answer: Hi, I understand your point Alexander. But is not majority of Pune areas are still under tanker water reach only. I liked the project because of its location, openness, amenities and proximity to main city central. I do not think other areas of Pune gets this much in this budget. So, you can go for Vascon Forest County.

Air pollution issue
Q: Just visited Godrej Infinty site at Keshav Nagar,
Project is in full swing and nice location this will be next kharadi in next 5 years.

But there is issue of air pollution back side of this project.
on River side there is huge garbage dump which keep out burning complete day which causes air pollution in that area.
I found it is hard to deal with air pollution issue of burning garbage as it is dumping yard of keshavnagar.

Latest Answer: Keshavnagar is one of the shittiest location of pune. Air pollution, Soil pollution, water pollution, sound pollution, social pollution, you nane it Never invest your hard earned money here

Latest Answer: Hi all, There are laws about the behaviour that you have described. For instance Section-5 of the Public Order Act 1988 says it is an offence to use abusive, threatening or insulting words language or behaviour with the intention of casuing alarm distress of harrassment. (That is clearly what happened in the incident that you described). So, take the legal step against such act and punish those culprits.

Q: Hi, I own a flat in Pune and I have rented it to a family. Now I am being charged 20% more for maintenance charges. Is is legal to charge more maintenance if the flat is given on rent? It is a 2 year old construction and the society is not formed yet.

Sewage plant location at Iconia
Q: I want to know the location of the sewage plant in Iconia.... Regulus by Kunal group has sewage treatment plant in the backside of the apartment and smells foul there.
