Q: I have completed registration part of my flat in 24 Dec'16 however builder not handed over my flat till date What is legal action i can take against Builder ?
Latest Answer: Yes, i am agree with Bhuvan. If possession is not delivered on time, you can send a notice to the builder, claiming refund of the amounts paid along with interest and/or damages. You can also file a consumer complaint for ‘deficiency in service’ as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 against the builder.

Q: I have cancelled my flat before 1.6 years ago but still i am waiting my refund.

Latest Answer: Hi Rehan, These are the required documents which every buyers should ask before buying property anywhere in India. For a under construction property, you should ask for, land record, land use type, latest receipt of tax payment, NOC from various govt. agencies such as Fire Fighting Dept., NOC from Environmental Dept., State Pollution Control Board, NOC from Wildlife board, NOC from Airport Authority etc., commencement certificate, building/layout plan approvals, master plan of the area, booking form, allotment letter, builder-buyer agreement etc.

Q: Hi, I have booked flat in Amrapali Centurian Park Tech zone IV, possession (low rise). Booking was done in 2010. But on the name of possession builder is lying. Every time I meet them they says in next 6 month you will get it. Last week (10-may-2016), I visited the flat and surprised to see that construction is stopped from last 5-6 months. Only flat skeleton is there. By looking into situation it seems it won't be ready in next 2 years also. I want to file a legal case on builder. If there is any buyers association please link me with them. I am struggling a lot as I am paying rent and EMI both.
Latest Answer: Hi All Myself virender singh tanwar booked three units in amrapali centurian park 1 for myself, 1 for my paternal uncle and 1 for my sister. I visited the site but work is snarling very slow and it looks it will take another 1 to 2 year if work is continued. Today I went to amrapali office and saw there contractors and ex employees on dharna due to non payment of there dues and even a local channel Hindi Khabar is also telecasting this news. Lets unite guys and raise a voice legally against them so that we can get our due flats as soon as possible. Its really tough to pay EMI and rent together for last so many years. i invested in buddha circuit studio phase 2 in 2013 and already give 10 lac , since last 3 years there is no movement , even not started , invester clinic people made me fool , i am sure many others also invetsed there ? what we should do now ? do we have any group to make legal case against jaypee for same or what should i do ? when i make call to them after 3 years , some one told that they can also refund money with in 6 months . does any one has already received money with intererst from them ?
