Latest Answer: The locality is also quite nice in terms of average property prices. From what i know, currently the average property rates in the city are around Rs 3200- Rs 3400 per sq ft. Taking in the fact that the area is quite close to the central region of the city, these prices seem reasonable.

Latest Answer: Road connectivity with the rest of the city is a very important factor, especially with localities which are at some distance from the city. The roads connecting the area with the city are KRS Road, SH-117, SH-68, and Hunsur Road.

Q: Hi, Rohan here. How is the Vinayakanagara locality in Mysore. I have a decent job opportunity in that area and wanted to ask if it would be a good idea to purchase property there?





Latest Answer: As far as road connectivity goes, the area is pretty good. Some of the prominent roads connecting the area to the rest of the city are Hunsur Road, Adipampa Road, Kalidasa Road, Valmiki Road, and KRS Road. The presence of these roads makes the area a really good choice for regular travellers.
