Q: Hello AllAnyone bought a Flat in maratahalli Rose project. I have paid an advance of 5 lakhs for maratahalli Rose project in July 2015 and still the construction is not started .i called them yesterday and as per them site will be registered in this month and construction will be started by next month. Please advise what can i do?
Q: I called Gruha Kalyan Lotus. They said BBMP approval is pending. Also the property is priced too cheap for that area compared to other builders. Is it reliable/ genuine property ?
