Latest Answer: I had booked two flats with Gruh KALYAN, but the experience didn’t go as smooth, and decided to cancel the booking. The customer service is very unprofessional and untrained. Everyone blames the other department and they even talk back as if they are doing us a favor. I have had responses like “Yeah, what?”, “I don’t know, call later,” “I can’t help you.” Has anyone received their amount back? Does one need to approach them with high contacts or do they return it in a civilized manner?
