No corpus fund was provided to building associations. There are serious gaps in building safety and utility aspects. The garden and club house is retained by builder leaving little UDS for apartment owners. Club house has continuously rising mandatory charges to be paid without which lifetime membership fees will be forfeited. Bad investment – high maintenance, poor resale price and poor rental.

I just loved that mesmerizing view of the bay of Bengal from the living room he even listed us the amenities we would be getting. we won't even believed that we would get such an amazing apartment . we would be moving in our apartment by the end of the June .
