Q: Well mostly i was going through other reviews Which are basically 2 years old or 6 months back. Which are not that great. Do provide valid information at the moment not the problems at the starting time
Q: Hi, I am interested in buying a flat in Skyline Exaltus. Any information on the builder and on this project will be appreciated.
Q: Please do not even think of booking an apartment here. We had booked apartment almost 15 months back with 10 percent upfront payment. But till today skyline has not submitted any legal papers for our reference. Now they threaten us to pay next installment or they will not share any papers with us. When we protested skyline is not bothered to answer our queries. My sincere request for each buyer to first go and visit skyline other ongoing projects (delay is more than3 to four years) Before booking. Go through consumer complaints given in various forum against skyline and then please make sure you get hold of all the legal documents before paying even one rupee to skyline.
Q: I had booked an apartment in this project in April-2012. I wanted to know if anyone had taken bank loan, if so from which bank.Also from one of forum, I got to know this project was named "Orange County" before five years, but the project was stopped due to some reasons ? Any information why the project was stopped earlier.
