Q: Buyers Beware, the apartments does not have OC for D,E,F,G,H,I,J and is illegal to occupy. No Khata A.- No loans from public sector banks- Was served eviction notice in 2008 by BDA (similar to Campa Cola compound), search on google.- There are some local brokers who try to convince you that there is nothing wrong but do not listen to them, Khata B is tax collection register, no legal validity.Thank fully, I found these out in nick of time and was saved from buying this apt at a huge price. Please be aware and make a conscious decision.Thanks...
