No Khata A.- No loans from public sector banks- Was served eviction notice in 2008 by BDA (similar to Campa Cola compound), search on google.- There are some local brokers who try to convince you that there is nothing wrong but do not listen to them, Khata B is tax collection register, no legal validity.Thank fully, I found these out in nick of time and was saved from buying this apt at a huge price. Latest Answer: Well Guys what Sahu is saying is correct. But without full information the correct information can also lead to wrong interpretation. This is a long story but in interest of other readers I can explain in brief. The builder of this apartment IDEB and Parkway are not co-operating with the society to get the Khata and the reason for this is that there is a litigation in court for dispute of land between society and builder. Like any other builder, this builder also had some irregularity for which some penalty is to be paid and the process can be completed. But because builder does not want to co-operate and the case is subject to jurisdiction these matter take time. You just can't compare Campa Cola compound to this. Not everything in this world is Black or White.

Latest Answer: What I feel is that BMTF needs to take severe steps against BBMP officials who sanction unauthorized building plans and defy numerous Acts like the National Building Code,Karnataka Municipal Corporations Act and Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act. BBMP officials are also subjected to severe penalty for being dormant against people issuing false information about a particular land and acquiring the Khata and getting the building plan sanctioned.
