Q: I have a plot i n Unnayan garden , but the project is running very slow .,,, infact out of schedule and no clear picture is being provided to the customer about what is going on.
About 50 % payment jhas beeen made by me but no developmen tat the site is seen .

Q: I have brought one plot at Unnayan Garden _ B, what is the current status of the project. How Land can be used for Residential Purpose as it is agriculture land? If anyone can provide me the answer.
Latest Answer: The crucial point is whether Partha Ghosh Dastidar (the owner of Unnayan Garden) has enough honesty,integrity and transparency to officially publish all customers in the beginning of the year 2017 that who have already given full payment 3 to 4 years back starting from the year 2010 will get their identified and marked land in PART B fully developed and eligible for MUTATION . Any land can be registered but if not mutable, the future of the land is uncertain. Unfortunately Partha Ghosh Dastidar who has actually sold these plots of Part A and Part B without informing customers that there are legal issues which is a complete violation of Real Estate act that Government of India passed in the year 2016. With this act , there can be severe consequences and break his audacity not to talk to customer and everytime giving false promises for last 7 years.

Latest Answer: Hi all, I too have invested in a plot in garden B and till date have visited the site many times (most recently visited last week ) -I was really surprised to see no development take place other than recently near the entrance a lake is being dug out -maybe to get material for land filling . I really am very worried and am thinking about exiting from this project .I have also met the group MD personally once and was given the assurance that my this year end the construction work would be completed or rather show some signs of progress. I was wondering has anyone personally done searching on the property paper to see whether the land is valid or not, legally obtained from the farmers and NOD from govt agency for residential use. regards, SB (soutron@gmail.com)
