It is one of the ongoing project by Confident Group. The project seems to be okay as it is developed by one of the reputed and well known developers in the real estate market. But what I feel is that the project is in the outskirt of Bangalore. Investment can fetch you good returns

I feel that the price is ok as I have heard that medical college and international school coming up right opp to the project which may increase the price.

The project is far from Whitefield and they are quoting Rs 1197 to Rs 1297 per sqft. Is the price reasonable being at ChikkaTirupati??

I thought of visiting the site but heard that the project is too far from Hopefarm junction. I feel the price is little on the higher side. I do not feel it is worth. Comments are highly appreciated.
