Builder has delivered an extremely poor construction quality. He has refused to deliver us a Swimming pool, 3.5 acre central garden, approach road to the housing society, texture paint, wooden flooring, IGL Gas pipeline which was promised in bold letter in the purchase agreement and was also mentioned in the Project Brouchere.
