Is "Amarpali projects" at Sector-76, Noida safe?

Q: Is "Amarpali projects" at Sector-76, Noida safe?
Is there any dispute between farmers and Noida Authority ?
As I came to know that farmers have given only three months time to authority to solve the problem, till than they will not do agitation. Has any Writ Petition also filed by Noida's farmers (Sector-76) for compensation ? On receipt of demand letter from builder, should I pay the amount or not ?

If someone is looking for the similar properties in the same locality then Amrapali Silicon City, JM Orchid, Aditya Celebrity Homes, Sethi Max Royal, Skytech Matrott are the best option for them. These projects are within the price range of 30 lacs to 1.37 crore.

I am planning to buy a property in Noida Sec-76? How is the project locality and the connectivity? Waht is the current property rate is going on? Is there any similar projects in the nearby locality?

Hi Geeta,
Sector-76 is nice locality and near by developed sector-50, walking distance from existing and upcoming metro station, 10 minute distance from Sec-18, 5 minute distance from Golf Course all the hospitals and malls nearby location. All the basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals are nearby. Road connectivity is also good at this location.

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs.4600-6200/sq-ft.

Similar projects:- Grand Ajnara Heritage, Amrapali Crystal Homes, Sethi Max Royal, Aditya Celebrity Homes, Supertech Cape Town etc.

Location Advantages:- 0 km from sec-50, 1.5 km from Sai Mandir, 2 km from Metro Station, 3 km from Fortis Hospital, 5 mins drive from Golf Course, 10 mins drive from sec-18 market, 15 mins drive from DND Flyover, 30 mins drive from Connaught Place etc.

I had a word with their sales head regarding its possession and found that the date of possession will be December'2014. As they told me that the construction work has almost been finished.

For time being I feel its not safe. Just wait for Court's order for any further action on the apartment.
