Q: i heard this is a very bad society? name the facility and area and you have the issues? I heard they have water issues, electricity issues, safety issues, DG issues, cleaning issues, builder issues and goons issues.

Q: Hi,

I own a flat in the W tower that was promised possession in Dec 2013.. Its running too late and now Amrapali is bombarding us with messages to prepay to avoid increase in service tax. This is ridiculous.. we will need to pay additional service tax because the builder delayed the project. This is unjustified. The builder needs to pay the penalty as well as the additional service tax they are demanding now.

Q: The quality of construction is extremely poor. The layout is bad. The corridors very narrow. It is not liveable.

Q: I VISITED SILICON City site last week. I have booked a flat in Tower F. The work on this tower is extremely slow. The work progress of work in this tower is almost NIL in the past three months.Specification as promised by the builder is not being followed. Internal door height & Ceiling height is kept low as compared to normal standard .

Q: Are they providing the outer wall 5 inch wall or 10 inch? Does anybody has any idea on this, please share.

Latest Answer: M/s Sethi has delayed this project for more then 3 years. Even after delaying the project for 3 years, the quality of construction is poor. Moreover, developer (M/s Sethi) does not want to pay compensation amount as the agreement and forcing buyers to sign a disclaimer letter that he will not receive any compensation for the delayed period. They have also started charging for maintenance without completing all the promised facilities and completion certificate from Noida Authorities. I would recommend that no one should purchase a property from such developer who does not want to honer agreement and give a quality product and starts collecting maintenance without full completion of the project.

Q: Is "Amarpali projects" at Sector-76, Noida safe?
Is there any dispute between farmers and Noida Authority ?
As I came to know that farmers have given only three months time to authority to solve the problem, till than they will not do agitation. Has any Writ Petition also filed by Noida's farmers (Sector-76) for compensation ? On receipt of demand letter from builder, should I pay the amount or not ?
Latest Answer: Hi, If someone is looking for the similar properties in the same locality then Amrapali Silicon City, JM Orchid, Aditya Celebrity Homes, Sethi Max Royal, Skytech Matrott are the best option for them. These projects are within the price range of 30 lacs to 1.37 crore.
