AFAIK is project is still not completed even in 2015. So, I don't think it is a good project.

Which are the banks providing loan for this project? Is it worth investing in this project?

Banks like HDFC, SBI, LIC, UBI and ICICI has approving the project. It is a good locality for investment purpose as Wipro as well as Infosys campus will have their presence.

The rate per sqft is around Rs 4900. The project is known to be approved by BBMP.
