We have blocked a 3 BHK in October in Fortuna Windflower and still waiting for the launch of this project. Any idea why its launch is delayed?? we are not getting any proper response from the marketing staff also?

Till now they have completed only one project that is Fortuna Vistas in Kodigehalli and three projects including Fortuna Wind Flower are under construction.
The project is still in pre launch and the expect launch is by next month. Fortuna Wind Flower is spread over 4.20 acres of land. The project will have 4 blocks, 380 units and it is a G=19 floors structure. Only 5 units per floor.
The rental values in Sahakar Nagar have increased by approximately 26 percent. The demand is increasing due to its proximity to the Tech Park. Sahakar Nagar is also receiving the demand because the area is surrounded by reputed educational institution, hospitals and malls.
Rs 50 Cr investment is made by HDFC Property Fund for the Fortuna Project SPV in Bangalore.The Fortuna SPV is a combination of two projects. The first is the Fortuna North City near Yelahanka. This project has a business park, a hotel and a residential complex.The second project named Fortuna Windflower at Sahakar nagar. This project is a complete residential project. And it will contain 360 apartments.
The rate per sqft they are quoting is around Rs 4250 on-wards. The project has various modern amenities like Garden, Swimming Pool, Play Area, Health Facilities, Recreation Facilities, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom, Club House, Rain Water Harvesting, Gymnasium, Basket Ball Court etc.
The base cost of ₹ 4250 is applicable only for the first 4 floors, floor rise charges of ₹ 50 per sq.ft. is applicable from 5th floor onwards, pool and courtyard view units are charged ₹ 50 per sq.ft.
Additional cost include ₹ 2.75 lakhs for car park, ₹ 2 lakhs for amenities, ₹ 40,000 as solar charges. This sums the base price to ₹ 4700 approximately without VAT, maintenance and other charges.
