Hi Sarvani, While booking you have to check if the builder has mentioned about OC in the sale agreement. It is very difficult to get an information about OC because OC is given only after the completion of the project. Some times builder also do not mention about OC in sale agreement.
Hi Radhika, The project is under construction and Block A is expected to get completed by October this and Block B by December this year. BBMp and banks like SBI, HDFC, LIC and Axis has approved the project. They are telling that they will be giving A khata as well as OC.
I am interested in mc sarover. Is any body to explain me whether the project crossed all legal hurdle.I learnt that the lead road to the project still under negociation. Try to enlighten me. Radhika
Thanks for the replies. I am almost finalizing the 2 bhk flat in this apartment. I am still checking with legal department of MC Builders for the documents.
