K R Puram in East Bangalore is stated to be the highest growing areas in coming years. 91% appreciation in property values is forecast by 2017. K R Puram, have been listed in the top ten Indian realty destinations in a Knight Frank's report.

The area is included into BBMP and huge developmental activities are going on. Hence, K R Puram has the higher appreciation for lower investment today. The average price realization at KR Puram is estimated to touch Rs 6,200 per sqft.

Has the project got approval from BBMP? What is the current price they are quoting?

Yes the project has been approved by BBMP and the rate is the same as it is ready to move in project they have not increased the prices. All 2 bhk apartments are sold and only 3 bhk apartments are there for sale.
