Noida is a hot cake, especially sectors which are developing... this is one of the best sector with awesome connectivity. You have Noida Greater Noida Link Road which is the attracting point of the sector. Moreover , if you are looking for investment you have to wait for 6-8 years for a proper returns,.If this is the tenure you are looking for then you will get almost double .. whatever you invest in .

Mr Subhaduti there are many projects thats coming up in this sector,.. there are many which are in soft launch and there are many where construction work is almost in the middle. Although few good projects you can look for are Gaur Sportswood,Shubkama Lords,Anjara,JM Housing, Prateek, NCR Olympia.

Yes Indu, this sector is fully developed and you will find direct road to sector 70 which will connect you with rest of the sectors . you have have noida city center's metro which will be max to max 10 min... hence the connectivity of the area is A plus... importantly nothing is proposed ... hhaaha .. alll are operational.

You have sector 50 market, where you have eatery joints and restaurateur, shopping area .. You have sector 18 which is hardly 15 min ... so i dnt think social life will have any issues.

Lowest price : Rs 3800 per sq ft

Jan-March 2013

Highest price : Rs 4130 per sq ft

Lowest Price : Rs 3900per sq ft

April-June 2013

Highest price : Rs 4500 per sq ft

Lowest price : Rs 4400 per sq ft

July Aug 2013

Highest price : Rs 4700 per sq ft

Lowest price : Rs 4500 per sq ft

I feel Rates aren't reasonable and considering the current situation and the market price... also there are good reputed projects which we can trust upon.. i will give a rating of 3.5 out of 5..

Hi, Mr Shetty to speak about sector 79 Noida.... this is a prime location and is almost in the center of the city. There very good projects thats coming in this sector. Do not worry about investment . The sector is well equipped with metro, social infra and roads....
