You have Noida Greater Noida Link Road which is the attracting point of the sector. Moreover , if you are looking for investment you have to wait for 6-8 years for a proper returns,.If this is the tenure you are looking for then you will get almost double .. whatever you invest in .
Mr Subhaduti there are many projects thats coming up in this sector,.. there are many which are in soft launch and there are many where construction work is almost in the middle. Although few good projects you can look for are Gaur Sportswood,Shubkama Lords,Anjara,JM Housing, Prateek, NCR Olympia.
