Hi Guys I can see this project in pre launch state from last 3 years, how can we trust that it's not gonna be in same state. They are offering a very competitive price to grab the innocent buyers .
I am also intrested in this project but until and unless it starts we can't say anything. They have one more project called Estrella that has the same story.
They are not gonna reveal the issue with this property, they just say its gonna start next month from last 3 years. That's a known gimmicks of any builder.
There are lots of rumors floating around about the issues : High Tension line going in between the projects, Land Owner share has some conflict, Some land Issue.. not sure which one is true.
Connectivity is the crux of the locality and is at a distance of 5km from the Tech Park and offices such as Wipro, JP Morgan etc. Marathahalli further boasts of its excellent connectivity via the Ring Road which is a kilometre away from the locality, thus accessing other neighborhoods of the city becomes trouble-free.
Proximity to Whitefield, Belampur-Faizpur Road and ITPL stands out as one of the prime reasons for IT professionals renting in this locality. The International Airport is 28 kms from the vicinity and the closest railway station is K R Puram, stationed at a distance of 10 kms. Hi Mangal, It is always better to buy a property which is approved by BBMP and it has A Khata. Khata is very much necessary while applying for any loan form bank and license. Khata includes all the critical details related to property which includes the name of the owners, location of the property, dimension of site etc.But is it not advisable to buy a B Khata property.
Is the project launched? If yes when it will the project get completed and also please provide me the rate per sqft going on in this area. Thanks in advance.
The project is already launched and the construction work started last month. The expected possession date is by December 2014. The current rate per sqft is Rs 3500.
