The builder is new but the advantage of the project is that each villa will have two private gardens. The project is in close proximity to companies like Intel, Cisco, Oracle, Accenture, i2 Technologies. Global Symphony, Flextronics, KPMG, Nokia, IBM, TCS, Subex and many other top names based here. The project is also close to the best schools in Bangalore East like Dean International, Ryan, Gear Foundation, Gurukul, Vaghdevi Villa, ISB, Greenwood School and it is just 1 km from Cosmos Mall & Hyper City. So you can understand that you can expect very good future appreciation.

The salesperson said that the project will have 47 villas and it will be a G+2 structure. The project will get completed by another 4 to 5 months.

Has the project got approvals from BBMP or BDA? Can I take loan if I am buying a property in this project as I have not heard about the builder earlier?

As far as I know the project is approved by BBMP. Yes you can take for this project from banks like LIC, HDFC and SBI.

Nakshatra Villas is one of the under construction project by JSV projects. The builder is young and they have done few other project in past but the quality of construction of apartments was just ok. Nakshatra project is to get in high end homes
