Pooja! banks like HDFC,ICICI,Axis have approved the project... they will give you 80% home loan... :)

Heya pooja! welcome to the city.... i know about the localtion: You have metro station in Sector -32 which will be 2.1 km.. also you have sector 50 market and this project is closed to Dadri road. So i think there wont be a problem for communication.

Yea sure Sheila.. the price they are quoting is Rs 4950+ EDC... And i would also like to inform you that, there are avialabiltiy only on the 13th floor and 14 th floor. This price is based on the specified floors.

Hi, Sashiti, yes this is a launched project and almost going to get completed within 2 months or so. The possession of the project will be in Dec 2013. Are you looking for investment purpose or end use?
