If we are Blood Suckers in Hoskote why 1000+ families who registered with us are happily living with their own blood, Becare full before commenting on other companies without knowing complete details, no customer is Bakra in this world who will pay blindly his hard & own Money.. if you have any clarification visit our office

I agree with you Mr.Manish. Today I visited their project Golden woods. He is quoting Rs.2250/- and final price is Rs.1900/- per sft for a normal project. If you travel just 800 mtrs further on the same road you get at very best price. (Rs.1650/-negotiable.). And registration cost is very much higher side compared to others.If some one is buying in golden woods he is the biggest fool in the world. Be careful while investing in this company. And I came to know that he is the Ex -owner of Fraud company Zenon Estates review is very bad on this company.

Worst Idea. I had the same Idea.But after reading the reviews about Tekton I had a Delima whether to Invest or not. But I learnt some thing horrible from 2 -3 colleagues and friends. They are the biggest cheats. They are charging very high price for nothing. They are the marketing people, Not the joint developers or land owners. They have ZERO :) experience in construction field. And I also read the review that cheated the people by promising the villa construction in a project called Delonix city and nothing started. Now people are coming to know that there is no approval for the villa. Becoz lack of experience.Don't believe these kind of frauds. And the price for site he is quoting is also too high. Think before investing your hard earned money with TEKTON.

I am planning to buy a plot and for a plot they are quoting Rs 2000 per sqft and the cost of villas plots starts from Rs 53.50 lakhs all inclusive.It is worth paying the amount as this is for investment purpose. Can I expect good appreciation in the future?

My self and my friend planned to buy 2 plots in Tekton's White county. They said that the project is jointly developed by Tekton and Nisarga Developers. Tekton was quoting Rs.2000/-per sft and I asked them about the other layout just before theirs. They said that that is the separate layout and they will not have any amenities like club house, swimming pool etc so those people are quoting lesser than them. But I found that place more attractive as it has direct entry from the main road and villa plots in 2 rows. When I enquired with those guys they said its the same layout and same approval. but i could not believe it as I had spoken to Tekton people. I could speak to a relative of M/s Nisarga Developers who was available in the site and shocked to know that M/s Tekton is an AGENT to sell their layout and not a joint developer. And I could speak to Nisarga's proprietor and finally booked a plot other side and paid to Nisarga. got reasonable price. Beware of cheater's like Tekton.

I am planning to invest in one of their project. I also heard that the land value have increased in Hoskote. How much it has increased?

Hoskote aka Neo Bangalore is witnessing high real estate activity. The land prices increased by 80 percent in this area.

The area is located on the Bangalore-Chennai highway NH 4 which comes under the limits of the main city.The infrastructure initiatives have impacted the real estate values in the locality.

Hey Hardik, the project is still in pre launch and they will be launching the project after two weeks. The project offers 30x45 sqft plots and the price per sqft is Rs 1750.

What about the approvals from bank and local body? What will be the total cost of a 30x45 sqft plot?

The project is known to be approved by BMRDA and bank like India bulls. the marketing guy told me that they are going to increase the price to Rs 2000 per sqft after the launch. There are only seven plots available for sale in this project. The total cost of a plot will be around Rs 23 lakhs excluding registrations.
